Honestly, this building is a disaster. The constant construction makes living here unbearable. The neighborhood isn't safe, the building smells, and you're always dodging dog pee. I can't stress enough how much I regret moving here.
The landlord is disinterested and unresponsive. Good luck trying to get anything fixed or even getting a response to your concerns. It's like talking to a brick wall. I've never felt so ignored and unvalued as a tenant.
I'd stay away from this apartment complex. The building has been on fire twice, which is terrifying. Also, the broken garage door and the elevator issues are a constant hassle. To top it off, the neighbor's dogs and the noise from the unit below are just too much.
The management here is a letdown. They're not proactive and don't follow up on issues like our broken fridge or the damaged property. We tried to renew our lease and got ghosted. Highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for tenants.
I regret choosing this place. The building itself has a lot of issues, like the constant noise from the unit above, which has become a real pain. Sleep and work are constantly interrupted. Not to mention, the security is so lax; my packages have been stolen multiple times.
The landlord is completely unhelpful. They ignore complaints and are unresponsive when it comes to resolving issues. Tried to break my lease due to the disturbances and got no sympathy or help, just a flat-out refusal. Can't trust them to prioritize tenant well-being.
The security at this apartment complex is a joke. The garage door is always out of order, leaving our cars exposed to theft. Just last month, my own car was stolen right out of the garage. The place is unsafe, and there's zero effort to improve the situation.
Dealing with the landlord is frustrating. They show fake concern but take no real action to resolve issues. The lack of security has had a direct impact on my life, and they just shrug it off. They are not liable for anything, and it's incredibly disheartening.
Initially impressed by the amenities, the charm quickly faded with the reality of security issues and poor upkeep. Break-ins and thefts are common, and there's a blatant disregard for maintenance and cleanliness. It's definitely not the luxury experience that was advertised.
The new management has been disappointing. They are hard to reach and unresponsive to concerns. It's almost impossible to get anything done unless you're physically in their office, and even then, it's a hit or miss. They really need to step up their game.
This place is a mess. The hallways are a perpetual construction zone, and the garage door is always broken. It's like living in a dumpster with the garbage everywhere and the constant risk of theft. I feel like my quality of life has significantly dropped since moving here.
Communication with management is nonexistent. They ignore the problems and don't take steps to make the building more secure. Living here has been such a disappointment, and I feel like the management just doesn't care.
