I'm happy to report that the apartment community here is fantastic. The staff's willingness to go above and beyond is truly commendable. When I broke my foot, they brought my groceries right up to my apartment. The location is another big plus – definitely a place worth considering!
The employees at this complex are some of the best. They're considerate and always ready to help out in any way they can. Lindzi was particularly helpful with my grocery delivery mishap. It's the little things like this that make a big difference in daily life.
I recently moved in and I'm pretty happy with my choice. The apartment was pristine when I arrived, and the staff addressed the few cosmetic issues swiftly. The sense of security in the building is reassuring, and the fact that most maintenance requests are dealt with in under 24 hours is impressive!
The staff's approachability and quick responses have been a highlight of my experience so far. Moving in was a breeze thanks to the seamless leasing process, and their friendliness adds to the overall positive atmosphere of the place.
I've been here for a couple of months now, and I've got to say, Allegro at Jack London is a fine place to live. The apartment is lovely, and the people are friendly which makes for a really pleasant environment. I'm enjoying every bit of it here!

The security situation at this complex is unacceptable. Despite paying for garage parking, vehicle break-ins are rampant. It's sad to say, but you might be better off parking on the street. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you're prepared to deal with these issues.
Dealing with property management has been frustrating. There's a lack of effort in addressing concerns, and the communication is inconsistent, to say the least. It's been a struggle to get straightforward answers, and the responsiveness is nowhere near what it should be.
Unfortunately, our experience with theft in the apartment complex garage has been harrowing. Our car was stolen, and the process of getting assistance from the leasing office has been nothing but an ordeal. This incident has opened our eyes to the security issues prevalent here.
The response from the leasing office, particularly from Angela the property manager, has been extremely disappointing. The lack of communication and the constant changing of stories have only added to our frustration. It's been a struggle to obtain the necessary support during this distressing time.
Living at Allegro has been such a joy! The tight-knit community and the friendships we've made here truly make it a special place. It's going to be tough to say goodbye to such a vibrant and supportive neighborhood. And let's not forget the convenience of the local hotspots – Tiger’s taproom has become our go-to spot!
The management and maintenance team have been absolute stars throughout our stay. They've always gone the extra mile, whether that was bringing packages right to our door during quarantine or being on hand to print documents for us. Their responsiveness and helpfulness have really made our living experience here smooth and enjoyable.
